Bhushan Kumar Uppal is the Chairman of The Uppal Group. He has been associated with the real estate industry for more than 29 years. He started his entrepreneurial career as a developer of residential units in New Delhi in 1979. He is responsible for identifying potential projects and provides vision and direction to The Uppal Group. He has been on the Board of the Company since incorporation.

Manish Uppal is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Delhi University and started his entrepreneurial career in 1990s by joining the family business. He has been responsible for adding new dimension to the Company's business which has diversified into development of SEZs, shopping malls, hotels, multiplexes and high rise apartments under his leadership. He has been on the Board of the Company since June 22, 1995 and was appointed the managing director of the Company in February 2007.

Ajay Mangal holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is also a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 20 years of experience which includes his experience in acting as a merchant banker for issuance of securities. He has been instrumental in procuring foreign investments for the construction and development of the various projects undertaken by the Company. He is responsible for the financial planning, taxation and corporate affairs of the Company. He has been on the Board of the Company since December 26, 2006 as a whole time director of the Company.

Gian Bansal is the Chief Executive Officer – (SEZ & Hotels) of the company. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive Industry Experience. He holds pioneering experience in various managerial capacities with Companies like Escorts, Atlas Cycles, Dabur, Saw Pipes, Punj Lloyd Ltd and DS Constructions. Prior to joining The Uppal Group, he was working as CFO of Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd. He is responsible for  the Business units of Special Economic Zones and Hotels of the group.
